A Simple, Effective Routine
- Clean skin and apply pads as directed (perineum + coccyx).
- Turn on the device and select a comfortable intensity to feel clear, rhythmic contractions.
- Relax for ~10 minutes. Repeat 3–4 times per week for 6–8 weeks, then move to maintenance.
