How To Pay for Kegel Hard Products Using your HSA/FSA Card

We've partnered with Sika Health to fully automate your HSA/FSA purchase. All of our products are eligible. Simply:

1. Add products to your cart
2. Checkout
3. Fill out your contact and shipping address
4. Click "Continue to shipping"
5. Click "Continue to payment" on the following page
6. Under Payment, select Sika Health (HSA/FSA) as your method of payment
7. Click "Pay now"
8. You will be taken to Sika Health's payment platform where you will input your HSA/FSA card details and then click Place Order.

That's it! Just like a regular credit card.

How To Manually Submit Kegel Hard Products for HSA/FSA Reimbursement

To receive Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts reimbursement for Kegel Hard products:

1. Submit a claim for reimbursement through your HSA/FSA administrator (e.g., Optum Financial, HSA Bank, HealthEquity, etc.)
2. Fill out the requested information from your HSA/FSA administrator, including (but not limited to):
1. The date the product was purchased or the service was rendered
2. The product description or service provided (see below description for verification of product eligibility):
1. “As of 4/12/2023, the Kegel Hard eKegel device for treatment of male incontinence is eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement as certified by SIGIS (Special Interests Group for IIAS Standards) under FLC 9427 as as a mixed/miscellaneous reusable incontinence device.”
3. The provider (or store that the item was purchased from) (Kegel Hard)
4. The amount charged
5. The purchase receipt
6. If applicable, a statement indicating the expense has not been reimbursed from another source nor will reimbursement from another source be sought
